running

是ran是过去式，而running是现在进行时。

ran过去式表示已经完成的动作，现在已成为过去；而running现在进行时强调动作的正在进行状态，正在进行中。

例如，I ran in the park yesterday.（我昨天在公园跑步了）。

He is currently running in the park.（他现在正在公园跑步）。
